- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

- Remove the cover, toss and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

Notes
The slightly odd sequence of lid on, lid off, lid on ensures that the tomatoes and onions are sweet and the chops are tender and juicy.
This also works extremely well with mid-loin pork chops.
